国际门诊介绍:我院发展迅速，因离三元里及小北、淘金较近，国际友人较多，在以往的就诊中遇到不少的语言沟通问题。于是国际门诊应运而生，于2015年1月医院决定开辟单独的诊室，专门用于接待国际友人，并提供就诊全程的英文陪伴服务。以解决他们挂号、就诊及手术治疗过程中的语言沟通问题。国际门诊开业后得到了国际友人及我院医务人员的好评，解决了医患沟通中存在的问题，避免了因语言沟通障碍而产生有可能的风险。国际友人就诊人数明显上升。而国际门诊增加的外国籍的助理能更好的接待外籍患者，让外籍患者更放心，更信任，就医体验更舒适。从2018年4月开始，国际门诊开始提供全英文的报告单及病例，这让外国籍的患者就诊后能带着所有的英文版的治疗资料回国继续无障碍的进后续治疗。这个新的服务很受外国友人的欢迎。国际门诊在曹宏华主任的主持下，工作一步步开展，科室实力逐步增强，在国际化的道路上一步步向前。在医院的支持下，正在进一步的洽谈来自欧州、中东，非州，亚州、美州各国的保险公司，将来构建国际医保直付系统，这将更加方便国际友人的门诊及住院治疗。为国际友人提供更加贴心的服务。欢迎各位国际友人前来咨询就诊。
