丝路传医声 大爱暖孟邦——广州复星禅诚医院孟加拉国义诊暨国际交流圆满落幕

近日，广州复星禅诚医院专家团远赴孟加拉国，在达卡、吉大港两大城市成功开展系列医疗交流活动。这场跨越山海的健康之约，不仅为当地250余名患者送去了免费专业医疗咨询服务，对接了12家当地医院及医疗旅游机构，得到中国驻孟加拉国大使馆李少鹏参赞的高度肯定，用实际行动践行“健康丝绸之路”倡议，书写了中孟医疗共进的温情篇章。

Recently, a delegation of medical experts from Guangzhou Fosun Chancheng Hospital traveled to Bangladesh and successfully carried out a series of medical exchange activities in two major cities: Dhaka and Chittagong. This cross-border health mission not only provided free professional medical consultation services to over 250 local patients and connected with 12 local hospitals and medical tourism institutions but also received high recognition from Counselor Li Shaopeng of the Chinese Embassy in Bangladesh. It demonstrates the hospital's practical commitment to the "Health Silk Road" initiative and writes a warm chapter of China-Bangladesh medical progress.

此次出访由副院长宋生生、院长助理吴耀波亲自带队，汇聚了肿瘤、泌尿外科、心内科、骨科等多个优势学科的骨干专家。团队一行抵达孟加拉国后，便马不停蹄地投入工作，先后在达卡和吉大港搭建义诊平台。义诊现场早早就排起了长队，不少患者专程从周边地区赶来，只为寻求来自中国的专业诊疗建议。

Led by Vice-president Song Shengsheng and Assistant President Wu Yaobo, the delegation brought together core experts from multiple advantageous disciplines including oncology, urology, cardiology, and orthopedics. Upon arriving in Bangladesh, the team wasted no time in getting to work, successively setting up free medical consultation platforms in Dhaka and Chittagong. Long queues formed early at the consultation sites, with many patients traveling specially from surrounding areas to seek professional medical advice from Chinese experts.

“中国医生的诊断很细致，还耐心讲解了日常护理要点，让我对病情更有信心了。”一位接受骨科专家问诊的吉大港居民由衷感慨。面对当地高发的慢性病、骨关节疾病等问题，专家团成员不仅细致完成体格检查、解读检查报告，还结合当地医疗条件，为每位患者制定个性化诊疗方案和健康指导。对于疑难病例，专家们现场开展多学科会诊，凭借丰富的临床经验给出精准诊疗建议。两场义诊累计服务患者超250人次，用专业与温情赢得了当地民众的广泛赞誉，不少患者在义诊结束后仍迟迟不愿离去，反复确认后续健康注意事项。

"The Chinese doctors' diagnosis is very thorough, and they patiently explained daily care points, which has given me more confidence in my condition," sighed a Chittagong resident who received a consultation from an orthopedic expert. Addressing local high-incidence issues such as chronic diseases and osteoarticular disorders, the expert team not only conducted detailed physical examinations and interpreted test reports but also developed personalized treatment plans and health guidance for each patient based on local medical conditions. For complex cases, the experts carried out on-site multidisciplinary consultations and provided precise diagnostic recommendations relying on their rich clinical experience. The two free medical camps served a total of over 250 patients, earning widespread praise from local residents with their professionalism and compassion. Many patients remained long after the consultations, repeatedly confirming follow-up health precautions.

在开展公益义诊的同时，专家团还深入走访了孟加拉国多家当地医院，围绕学科建设、技术提升、人才培养等核心议题展开深度交流。在达卡与吉大港分别参观拜访的两家医院，我院均聚焦脊柱微创手术、肿瘤免疫治疗、机器人辅助外科等前沿医学议题，分享临床经验、探讨诊疗难题。我院专家结合自身临床实践，向当地同行传授先进诊疗技术和管理经验，为提升当地医疗服务能力提供了切实可行的思路。While conducting public welfare free medical services, the expert delegation also paid in-depth visits to multiple local hospitals in Bangladesh, engaging in in-depth exchanges on core topics such as discipline construction, technical upgrading, and talent training. During visits to two hospitals in Dhaka and Chittagong respectively, the delegation focused on cutting-edge medical issues including minimally invasive spinal surgery, tumor immunotherapy, and robot-assisted surgery, sharing clinical experience and discussing diagnosis and treatment challenges. Drawing on their own clinical practices, the hospital's experts passed on advanced diagnostic and treatment technologies as well as medical management experience to local counterparts, providing practical ideas for improving local medical service capabilities.
